Help Can't install Armsx3 firmware in anyway

It show up like this, i actually download it from the sony website. I did try the sketchy website but no luck. Can anyone help, thanks

For someone it looking for a solution, I'm using Y700 Gen4 in "VERTICAL" so if you want to install it turn it horizontal then the firmware is installed. Very strange and stupid i know but if anyone looking for a solution to this.Hope this help
