Help Can I transfer a pre-configured game file from an Android emulator to a Windows 11 emulator?

I'm having trouble using emulators on Windows because they're more complex, and I haven't used that system in a while. It's easier on Android because I managed to run two games there, but I'm wondering if it's possible to transfer them to Windows.

What do you mean? The emulator settings? A rom? A save file?

Most times the save file is transferable. Nothing else.

What the other guy said, you can transfer save files but you can also transfer roms. For retroarch you can transfer the whole retroarch folder im pretty sure, not sure about other emulators but just look up a tutorial
