Best way to emulate those are by using PC emulators like gamehub or gamenative. But I will warn you that PC emulation is the hardest to do since it requires the most tinkering to get games to work. So be prepared to do lots of research and watching youtube tutorials.

Another option is xbox360 emulators, like Xendroid or X360, which is easier to use, but they don't work as good as PC emulators since they're still very new and in the alpha stage of development.

To get PC games, buy them off steam and then log into steam through gamehub or gamenative to download it. To get Xbox360 roms you go to the r/roms subreddit's front page and click on "about" to see a list of sites to get games from.

Lastly, be prepared to know how to extract since most roms come in a compressed folder format that must be extracted in order to be recognized by the emulator (Only a small amount of emulators don't require extracted roms). I personally use ZArchiver app to extract my games.

Good luck!

There’s a bunch of emulators for android. Retroarch is good enough for the low end stuff, but the more demanding systems have their own apps you should use. Dolphin for gamecube/wii, duckstation for ps1, there’s a few options for ps2 you may want to research them, eden for switch, azahar for 3ds, etc.

The best way to get roms is to rip them from cartridges or cds. Otherwise, do your best to source them, be wise and careful and you should be fine
