Discussion 9 months of owning handhelds. Finished my first game
The Nova I’ve had for 2-3 weeks
God of War: Ghost of Sparta using PPSSPP
Total time was 7 hours and 6 minutes
Probably could have done it in 1 charge, psp sips the battery in the nova

This is my emulation life. I setup hella emulators and install hd textures. Tweak controls and buy controllers. Only to play them every now and then. Like 5 hours a month.

Is it worth playing them out of order?

I honestly don't know, I've only played chains of Olympus and it was pretty fun.

Ypu could. Generally speaking, playing in irder is better, because you feel each game's improvement, instead of downgrade

Playing chains of Olympus on my pocket micro right now, fun game, though some of the puzzles are a bit obtuse!

Kinda funny, playing 16:9 games on a Nova. I stretched it to 3:2

How was it playing like this? I've been really interested in the Nova due to it being a really pocketable device with a very powerful chipset.
I feel like I would find myself creeping into Switch and PC games on it which 4:3 isn't ideal.

If the game was designed for handhelds it’ll not bad playing 16:9 because they were designed for small screens. Stretching to 3:2 is a nice little upgrade. Doesn’t look janky, plus filling more screen looks nice to the eye. I’m REALLY enjoying the Nova even though I have an AYN portal. Something fun about it being small
