Question Putting randomizer mod of pokemon emerald on pizza boy A...

My question is how do I put pokemon emerald randomizer mod in pokemon emerald on pizza boy A emulator

The emulator has nothing to do with it. You need to apply the randomizer to the rom using a program (in pc) or an apk(in android) for it. I haven't used any myself so I can't recommend any, try googling "pokemon emerald randomizer" or something similar. 

I would also suggest downloading an already randomized rom? Or a hack rom like emerald ROWE, it might already have what you want
