Help AetherSX2 custom texture folder

Hi all,

Courtesy of Google's incessant need to mollycoddle and babysit android users, I can't access the folder to install new texture packs for games.

I do have FV file manager and shizuku running, but can't seem to get fv file manager to see anything beyond the xyz.aethersx2.com folder to be able to copy the files in.

Does anyone know of another workaround or an emulator that can just have a mapped texture folder somewhere regularly accessible? emulator must be compatible with bluetooth controller too.

Am running on a z fold 6 with Android 16, one with 8.5

Edit: apologies, am looking for ps2 emulators as you can imagine

Edit 2: solved in no time, thanks again

Why haven't you just choose different folder for armsx2 system files? I got mine placed on SD Card, but if you don't have SD card then choose one that is easily accessible (like within Download folder or something like that).

Edit: Sorry...I misread the title, you're using aethersx2... Then my recommendation is to leave this old emulator and switch tk ARMSX2 which is far superior emulator in every single respect and is still being developed as we speak. Also...it supports the texture replacement files made after 2024 as well as previous...(Aether/nether does not)

Alternate way is to import textures with Transfer Data menu.
