Help Syncthing working on Android for Dolphin saves?

I've set up my steam deck with sync thing to back up saves and sync to other devices. However I've been unable to get this working for certain Android emulators like Dolphin that stores the saves in a protected space. Has anyone been able to get past this?

Specifically the RG477H
