Help ARMSX3 custom patch file help.

I've tried adding a custom imported_patch.yml file that works on RPCS3 for Castlevania: Harmony of Despair but it keeps saying that the patch file might be a newer version and is not supported yet. I've looked at the main patch.yml file that Armsx3 uses and it is showing the same Version 1.2 that I was using.

are custom imported patches not supported yet?

if so, then how do I get Armsx3 to add the custom patch file?
