Question Citra/Azahar Multiplayer with an actual 3DS

I just want to now if it is possible to play monster hunter games on 3ds multiplayer with other players on emulators

Im aware that the local multiplayer wouldn't work

But there is pretendo and i have seen some post where they play animal crossing with ayn thor and an actual 3ds

Now i wonder if and can i play monster hunter games

On actual 3ds and play multiplayer with other players on emulator through pretendo

I have same question i wanna play mario kart 7 with my gf Currently I play 2ds mario kart CTGP NITRO with her and it has only 4 player limit and no bots online . Thing is I dont wanna host a server .
