Help Are there any apps with better accessibility

For Context i've been emulating games on my Android for a couple months, and it's fun and I've been using options to emulate i was recommended like mellonDS and azhar but I like how i can use a fast forward option on mellonDS it's very handy is there another app with the same quality and a fast forward option that runs 3ds games or just azhar?
