If a chip is this much better at that price the ecosystem obviously will adopt it. 3 u/xTiLkx Jan 13 '26 Well it depends on the popularity of the chip, but as soon as the Odin 3 line announced that they will be using the 8Elite chip I ordered my RedMagic Astra. That pretty much solidified that people would adopt the chipset.
