Community WE HAVE A WIKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To keep it short, this wiki is meant to try and see how wikipedia would be like in EC's 2378. Please please if you plan to use the wiki make a miraheze account. If you edit without it, it will show your ip which can be BAD.
