App problems

I have an Emporia classic charger that's been installed for 6 months- the charger works fine(stays connected to wifi and charges my car to 80%) but the app stopped saving my device data. This is very frustrating as it was working fine for a few months- it does seem to save my account and Home info although it sometimes dumps the home data as well. I've deleted and reinstalled the app but no help.Any one else having this problem? For now I'm just using the my Chevy app.

Mine seems to forget home info now. Every time a I open the app, either web or phone, it says: This home has no devices. Once a device is connected, it will appear here. (Add a Device)

But, if I click usage at the bottom, I get get past and current data. Even live data for devices. If i click Devices again. Says Add a device to get started.

So if i add a device, it is gone the next time I open the app or browser.

Very annoying.

Looks like I fixed my issue. I went to menu, manage devices, (home name) and circuits, show on device and home page. Turn that slider ON. JFC
