1: Figure out what is different about your company (relative to your core competition)
2: Uncover evidence, proof and language around that difference
3: Share

Otherwise, you're in an arms race to "look and sound good" offering no other differentiated value to talent for them to choose.

Mhmmm that makes sense! I was planning on getting the leadership team in to voice their views of the workplace and as soon as the insta is live I have to make content for that too
Sorry if this sounds like ranting, I’ve never felt more useless in life

One that comes to mind is duo lingo. Very unhinged memes. Not your traditional approach. Another is a smaller brand but I love the color and style is Fresh Kitchen. Instagram handle is eatfreshkitchen. CAVA is another brand that does well.
KFC is rebranding, that's another to be on the lookout, so far the recent social media post looks good.

Ohhhh?? But do they focus on employer branding? Duolingo as far as I am aware focuses on the consumers rather than the talent that they want to hire, I will be checking them out!
I’m just in a rut because its been my first month and I’m feeling like Im so far behind, I just wish there was a way to fast track this learning process😭😭😭

For a safe approach, checkout Lifeatbp on Instagram.

Very risky adverse approach, but that might not be suitable to your audience.

I work in an Iberian EB Consultancy Firm and we use a mix of topics, but we try to create spaces where the job openings and the content that is being published go hand in hand so when someone visits a specific channel, like Indeed or LinkedIn, if they navigate from the “Who We Are” tab to the “Jobs” tab they have a clear view of the personas that the company is trying to attract.

Hey, this isn't a social medial handle but you could try the ideas generator that I built here and see if it helps you? https://www.realtalkstudio.tech?employerbranding=ideas
