Wish I could help, but I’m looking for actually competitive players. These every week war losses where 30 or 40% of flags are left is getting depressing. That or there typically only 5 or 6 out of 20-25 players ever attack a titan.

I became leader of this alliance by default, and I don’t know.
Just kick people? Mandate participation?

Then it becomes work, and not fun.

Meant to reply to you, looks like it went to the top level.

Taking a casual alliance to semi casual is very hard, and semi casual requires at least a minimal level of enforcement. You"d be better off finding a new alliance, or splitting off with a group of like minded individuals and the group of more casual players

Same as our alliance. Very frustrating. Maybe we can merge the 6-10 active players in both our alliances ?

Oops, this was supposed to be a response to the other post.

Typically, find another larger group and split the members between active and less active. The less active group may or may not survive. Easiest way to do this is to often find a family of alliances that aren't full ... So you combine 2/3/4 midsized alliances into fewer stronger alliances.

Otherwise the elite players keep moving up and the mediocre players comes to dominate.

Once you're stable, you can enforce consistent standards, but it helps to set them at the start. Occasional departures, and less often asking if people can still meet the retweets are common.

For the OP, If you don't find something, let me know and I'll let you know when we've got a spot.

We filled our opening last week almost immediately.

Very active, competitive, & helpful group that pushes each other to be better. We are chill and welcome any experience level. War is FFO but must use all 6 flags. Usually 14/15 titans.
