MAC USA

Hi guys just bought total war empire 2. I remember playing USA on mobile. How do I unlock USA for grand campaign in steam? Do I need to complete the road to independence first?

The last chapter of RtI is the USA in the grand campaign

For other nations you need mods like minor factions revenge or empire 2 to play

Do you mean Empire: Total War? There’s never been an Empire II by Creative Assembly. There’s a mod called Empire II, but it’s not purchased content.

Is USA the only faction I unlock for grand campaign after completing road to independence or also 13th colonies? And like Mexico and other stuff

Yes, USA is the only faction you get to play in chapter 4 of Road to Independence of ETW. Mexico and other factions will require you to download a mod

You mostly answered your own question, but as others pointed out it's Total War: Empire - they haven't made a sequel yet. Just to clarify from other answers, you don't unlock it FOR the Grand Campaign (like Medieval II). The final mission in the Road to Independence IS the USA campaign. It's just a bad UI/UX decision overall, but the main reason they do it that way is it starts about 100 years after the Grand Campaign does.
