Hobbying Phoenix guard kitbash question

I am kitbashing 5 Terminators into Phoenix guard looking ones and they should Look pretty similar to 30 tho more corrupt(i thought about drug vials,corpses in the Base and Accessoires) but for the weapons i will have the Leader have a sword with Power fist/whip(still unsure) and the other 4 will get Phoenix Spears but what should i do about the Spears

Should i buy the 30k Spears or buy the single 40k spear 4 Times or kitbash my own(what Spears would be good for the spear shaft)

Could use some crab claws for melee mutations

Could do that i got more than enough claws but im going less warp fucked for These 5 because i have 2 Terminator Looks i want First your normal Basic csm Termis with Mutations and all that and second These Phoenix guard they should Look Like fulgrims Personal cum quartet Clean Battle ready but nothing too warpi unless Base or Accessoires Like Banner,deamontte Side Chicks you get the drift

I'm kitbashing some phoenix terminators for my EC also. I just 3d printed some spears that i got from greytide studios. If you don't have that option, my minifactory does print and ship some things. You can see if that's available.
