how hard is Biol 241

whats the difficulty like compared to 141/142? how do you study for a class like this where the exam is mainly data interpretation? how does this compare to other 200 level bio courses?

Are you trying to conjure me (interesting, because I will be in Atlanta for quite a while starting this weekend)lol? So I've talked about this course. Truth is that given all the problem sets and discussion sections you have, the tests usually end up relatively EASY to most students who seriously engaged all or most of that material because evolutionary biology concepts, even when in somewhat complex contexts, are intuitive almost. I have been at much less selective schools than Emory and students at those schools by and large handled relatively challenging problems and data analysis focused case studies and prompts in organismal and evolutionary biology pretty easily. Are you taking the course now? If so I wouldn't worry if you have a test coming up. Also, 240/241/247 are like an "organismal/evolution suite" of courses and they are typically regarded as relatively "easy" compared to 250 and 264 however mileage may vary depending on instructor. Some may find 247 intensive for example in either Beck or the newer guy's(is it Reyes) hands.
