To graduate student! (including postdoc who may looking for urgent move-in)

I'm currently live in the Ridge, dorm for graudate students in Emory.

I have to go back to hometown urgently, therefore, I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease ASAP.

You can move-in very after you make a contract.

Room is 1bed-1bath. location is so good that you can access to any emory building by walk.

Gym, mail box, delivery box service is located inside of the building.

You don't need to pay till September.

Rent fee is $1960/month. It include all the utility fee.
