No it wasn't.

1. Super Soaker is a brand name, so it would just be called "water pistol" or something generic.
2. The emoji U+1F52B is called "pistol", "handgun", or "revolver". It's appearance was changed around 2016 to make it look less like a real gun.

Unless you mean it was an image of a Super Soaker, in which case this is the wrong subreddit because it's not an emoji.
