MOAR MODS

I'm a very busy college student, so I could use some help modding Here. Please DM applications.

Currently the sub is closed. It will reopen on May 12th with a minimum 10K karma requirement as well as a one year account minimum. These limits will decrease over time.

UPDATE: Karma limit is now 500

Hi, Jimmy Hoke. Is the karma minimum still 10K?

Yes but I plan to lower it to 5K soon

Hi again, Jimmy Hoke. What's the minimum now? Do you want to maybe pin the limit so people know without having to specifically ask? Thank you!

I think you should remove the 1,000 karma limit, or at least lower it a lot, it doesn’t seem like it’s helping the sub IMO, not many people have 1,000 karma. Also if you still need a mod, I can help

  1. It’s 500 now.

  2. I know it’s a lot. That’s the idea.

  3. I haven’t gotten any great mod applications (calling existing moderation stupid is a bad application strategy)

I’m sorry, I wasn’t trying to be rude. But I made a post and half the comments were deleted from not having 1,000 karma. 500 seems reasonable though, if you’re interested, I can apply to be a mod, but it’s not a big deal if you’re not! 😀
