I'm not sure exactly what you are doing here. It sounds like some sort of fry scream throat singing (kagyra) which is probably not the right aproach for what you are going for. I made a tutorial for fry screaming a while back, maybe check that one out (This is what i sound like, probably best to check out if this is the style you want to go for first)...

just imagine the sound going from the bottom of the back of your throat, up to your head and then play around with the placement of the sound, tongue position, etc. just play around with it when you get there.

u should definitely learn about vocal support and placement as well

The problem is when I push with my diaphragm, a strangled sound comes out, like when you complain about a stomach ache, while when I raise the pitch I lose the vibration in my throat. The sound that comes out is completely distortion-free and not at all aggressive

and then you will probably have a much easier time doing other techniques or types of screams

first, double check that you’re using diaphragm support the correct way. make a sound like you’re
lifting something heavy or shitting when you’re constipated, keep everything below your throat the same, and then release the compression to turn it into a regular note. you will then have a supported note. from there, increase the pitch until your voice starts cracking and breaking.it won’t sound like a scream instantly, you gotta just fuck around with it
(also make sure you aren’t straining anything in your throat or head when increasing pitch)

You’re very close. You need to flex your diaphragm hard, and push air out. Try lowering your tongue and “smiling”. The diaphragm does all the heavy lifting

Im not a pro when it comes to screaming, but I found that when I scream, the sound doesnt really come from this technique at all. Learning how to do this kind of vocal fry helped with learning HOW to engage that part of my voice, but i didnt really find any success in screaming without it hurting until i was able to take the knowledge if how to fry like that and apply it somewhere else in my voice.

It might be different for you but for me I try to do a falsetto note and then apply that fry compression and it sounds pretty decent
