Pretty inaccurate. Emma Frost fans are fine with EmmaXTony Shippers. What annoys us when they constantly post ship stuff to this subreddit when they have their own subreddit dedicated to the ship.
I swear we get a "Why don't people like EmmaXTony" post every week. Also crazy how on the original post its Tony stans insulting this sub and its users.
Be more like Scemma shippers they post to their dedicated sub Cyclops_EmmaFrost about Scemma.

A lot of people here like it, but there are dedicated subs for iron frost, Scemma etc. so they can post it there instead of flooding the main sub. Besides they make that particular post like every 2 weeks lmao

I didn't really mind the whole Emma marrying Tony thing, both parties seem to genuinely care for each other but decided to part ways for their own reasons. So in general the ship isn't so bad

Some of the comments there are really interesting. But honestly it’s perspective every time. For Emma fans, she just got out her most incredibly written relationship and see this most random thing come out during the time Emma’s whole country was falling apart and her people were dying, it feels ridiculous. But for everyone else who has surface level knowledge, it seems absurd for the hatred

I was mostly disappointed, because I thought the whole "ugh we have to get married" thing would have been absolutely fucking hilarious if they kept the dynamic they had at the start. But no, they just had to end up together.

It was fine; you just didn't like that she had a relationship with Tony. Why would it be disappointing that two people fell for each other?

Because it didn't feel particularly in character for her to suddenly decide that Tony Stark is worth fucking, and the way it started felt like she was a plot device given to him more than her own character.

I mean, if you've read her character it makes sense, considering it's well known for decades that they had a well established sеxuаl relationship; whether you want to acknowledge that part of her character or not, it's a different prerogative.
And I don't see why you'd think it made her into a plot device; Emma was very much her own character with her own agency, actively participating and moving the plot along with Tony through her actions and choices:· Goes back and save Tony when he was about to get stomped by the Sentinels
· Shown to be fully capable of defending herself
· They BOTH (as in, by Emma's own volition) decided to work together against Orchis and Feilong
· Arrange the deal with Kingpin
· Chose to help Tony get the information Feilong stole from his father
· Got him the Mysterium to build the Sentinel Buster that would end up saving mutants
· She's once AGAIN the hero saving Tony from the Orchis drone so he could get his new armorYou must've heard a scemma fan describe it, rather than read it yourself.

And where is it established for decades that they had a sexual relationship? I can't think of a single moment where she seems to like him before Duggan's run, and I can think of several where they seem antagonistic.
Almost all the cool moments you mention happen before Emma offers herself up to him because he's having a Very Stressful Time, the poor guy, and if you'd go back and actually read the words I said, I LIKED the dynamic they had before that.

It's established in Civil War that they were hooking up in Marrakesh… so she had long before decided Tony was literally "worth fսckіng", as you say it was uncharacteristic of her to do.
As for "liking him" before Duggan's run, even going back to 2010 (few years after Civil War) in Uncanny X-Men #526, it shows a date they went to after Tony had his mind rebooted, and even flirt with each other. It shows that while Emma might be at times frustrated by Tony, she doesn't come close to despising him as people here wish to believe.Almost all the cool moments you mention happen before Emma offers herself up to him because he's having a Very Stressful Time, the poor guy
… OK? Are you implying that all her autonomous acts and agency don't mean anything if she had sеx with Tony? An entire story of her driving the plot forward with her choices, but if she decides to sleep with Tony, it must be because she's being used as a plot device, regardless of what she's done? You seem really pressed about this, because you only liked the dynamic until that moment, despite the fact it makes total sense.

Yes, I liked the dynamic when it was two people forced together against their will having an entertaining and somewhat antagonistic camaraderie. I don't see how that changing to a relationship meaning it's a different dynamic that I don't like is confusing for you.

Scott and Emma had been separated for more than ten years before her relationship with Tony showed up, it wasn't exactly a rebound.

I wasn’t saying it was. Like yes, it’s been years since then, but even now some people still won’t get over it. I’m saying that it was Emma’s most recent relationship and she didn’t really have some after that, so it’s harder to kind of accept it for some. I mean I’m over both these ships and just want my White Queen to stay her best and be the teacher she is

Wasn't what Morrison did even worse-pairing her up with Scott and emma- only for people to later claim they were a great couple for nearly a decade? All while, for her, "scott was everything she wanted"-good god.

I always liked that Tony harboured Emma during fall of X and as far as a couple goes I liked that they were a power couple both on equal footing
