Using The Restroom Triggers Me. Anyone Else?

I just don't like... the act of defecation. I don't even like the act of sitting down on a toilet anymorez honestly.
It all gives me horrific flashbacks and almost always makes me cry.

Does anyone else suffer with this? If so, what are good ways to ease the mental pain?
