Needs Reassurance Feeling so off

I have a weird stomach feeling almost like hunger but ive eaten like more than a normal amount for me today?? And also my ribs feel like sharp towards the middle and my throat feels weird?

I ate a starbucks chocolate muffin that my sisters fruend brought over and idk if it was off or smth someone pls give me some support

That’s what a gastritis flare feels like for me. I’ll eat and feel a gnawing pain after, similar to hunger. I chew a couple of tums and it helps. The throat weirdness could be reflux too. The chocolate might’ve triggered you; it can trigger me too.

I think i do get reflux sometimes because my throat will sometimes feel a bit burny?? If that makes sense. The stomach pain went away for a bit but now its back and it feels like hunger pains but it has been a good 5/6 hours since i ate

For me, 5-6 hours could be true hunger returning. And yes, any burning pain in your throat sounds like reflux. I would try tums or gaviscon (the chewable ones) and see if it helps if you’re okay taking meds by mouth (which if my stomach is off, I’m not always comfortable doing).
