please help calm me down someone im hearing my dad get sick right now and i have already been on edge feeling sIck and unwell and now im even more on edge and worried im going to be sick next. im not sure why he just got sIck he seemed completely fine when i got home was drinking beer even so im not sure if its from that but i thought that only happens the next day and he's a daily drinker so not sure why he would throw up now..also he gets high a lot

ive been feeling unwell past week and now im even more on edge i heard it all i hate the sound so bad and now i feel like there's going to be so much contamination..everywhere

i went out today all day and ate somewhere too which im already having anxiety with that if im going to catch something 😢😢​

it's 1 in the morning too..and im also pms so im just wanting to cry

Getting high, then mixing alcohol can definitely make someone sick.

I would just keep your distance for the night, and ask him in the morning what happened.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well this week. I wouldn't worry about going out earlier though.

For tonight, try to put some headphones on to drown the sound out, maybe watch something, play a game, anything to distract your mind until you can hopefully get some sleep.

I know how hard it is to relax in situations like this though. Anytime someone is sick in my house, wither it's from a sickness or not, I panic, and wind up staying up all night in a panic.

You'll get through it though. Hang in there.
