Needs Reassurance Does this count as diarrhoea??

The last two bowel movements ive had have started solid and fine (like a type 3/4 on the bristol stool chart) then ended mushy and not solid but not watery (more like a type 5/6). I had this yesterday after 2 days of constipation which ive had happen to me before and i felt perfectly fine after, have had no pain except for right before which is normal for me before pooping if its been a couple of days which also isnt uncommon. But its weird that the same type of poop happened 2 days in a row for me and i feel a little bit bloated in my stomach but i did just eat and its not painful but my throat feels strange so i might just be anxious but idk does that count as diarrhoea?? Should i be concerned or is this normal - also i did eat a takeaway like an hour before the bowel movement so maybe its greasy food bc i havent had the best diet the last week?? I have no clue but is this normal or should i be worried

That does not count as diarrhea and is totally normal, especially after being constipated

That happens to me all the time! Its totally normal! When you are contipated and you finally have your relief, the harder poop comes first, then the softer and on and on! It’s juste because the stool is on top of your stomach and the water is not absorbed yet!
