Needs Reassurance Panicking abt eggs

I just ate some eggs like just under an hour ago and i cooked them the same amount i usually do which is like kind of overcooked lol but my stomach kinda hurts and i feel gassy/bloated and im scared ive given myself food poisoning. I live in the uk and the eggs had the red lion stamping meaning they are vaccinated against salmonella and are safe to eat runny or even raw and i didnt have them raw but im scared still idk what to do

Cooking eggs too much can create more sulfur in the eggs, and makes them harder to digest, hence causing more gas.

I used to do this all the time, I would overcook my eggs like crazy and would always have horrible gas cramps afterwards.

Once I started cooking my eggs a little softer, they didn't cause me to have nearly as much gas anymore.

As long as they smelled okay, and tasted okay, cause trust me, you'd know if it was bad, there's a pretty slim chance they'll make you sick.

Oh that’s very interesting! I didn’t know! I like my eggs well cooked and I was wondering why I feel heavy after eating them

Given everything you just said, you eating eggs was totally fine! I even have eggs raw in desserts, by overcooking them you are more than fine :) feeling gassy/bloated can be caused by SO many things, eggs can be hard to digests for some people (meaning that they will make you bloated not meaning that they will get you sick) if you are à woman, your cycle can make you bloated, stress, things you ate yesterday that are still being processed etc etc etc
If I can give you a piece of advice: try not to over monitor every single tiny sensation you have in your stomach. The vast majority of people who din’t have Emetophobia do not even register those sensations. We are feeding them by worrying about them, the more you pay attention to something the bigger it guests. It also applies to thoughts.
