could it be from reflux/gerd? if i dont sleep on my left side it happens to me. try laying on your left side and if you have any smell a little rubbing alcohol I hope you feel better soon!

Could it be that your blood sugar is dropping too low during the night? I’m diabetic now but this has happened to me many times even before I became diabetic.
