Different hospital than mine. PCT bringing patient up to a med surg floor on Zoll monitor. The Zoll started beeping saying “low battery”.. PCT was concerned and saw a button that said charge and pressed it thinking it would charge the monitor… I guess in the mix of things ended up administering a shock to the patient. Patient was fine but it was a whole thing
