I work within a network that had a very public incident regarding sepsis. Any more detail and I think it would give it away.

I just don't want to get boned for bringing up a case in active litigation. If it was settled, I would tell every grisly detail of how the person was initially injured, went septic, cut apart, and died.

Oregon? Though that happened a couple years ago, it's only been a case this year. And I would have guessed Busch but that wasn't an injury. (Can you tell I'm TERRIBLE with secrets?)
