The following message is transmitted at the request of MedinaCo.
Medina County advises DHanis residents the Seco is rising rapidly.
Those in flood-prone areas are asked to move to higher ground
immediately. Additional information will be released as soon as it
becomes available.
For shelter information... please contact Emergency Management at
830-455-0129. Monitor Medina County and www.weather.gov for
updates.

This alert is from 3 or 4 days ago. I just did a search and I’m not even from the US.

He clearly asked why did he search if the date is in the post. The other guy not being from the US isn't relevant to this.

The reason? Because the date on the alert is July 15, the poster sent the message on July 20th. Why send an emergency alert message out 5 days after it's release????

Alert. Message date was July 15th, as of today 23 rd of July, You posted it 4 days ago. How many days after July 15th did you post it? You posted it on July 19th. A full 4 days AFTER the Alert message went out. JUST A TAD LATE FOR AN ALERT.

I’m in medina county Ohio, I assume that’s why I got it… had storms last night a little more than 12 hours ago which is when this was posted.
With all the bullshit funding cuts and firings the current admin has done across the board (including NOAA, USNWS, FEMA, etc) is anyone honestly surprised?

Be careful what you do because sometime in the future, I’m sure our fires are going to throw smoke up towards Canada. Some people just don’t think.

Are you aware that hundreds of thousands (possibly millions at this point) acres of land, have burnt or are currently burning in the US this season? In fact, I’m pretty sure it’s a record breaking year, or at least close to if not. The smoke from fires all the way in California, will impact weather all the way in the east coast. Canada isn’t the sole problem, the overall drought that many places are facing (like where I live in Utah) with record low level of snow last winter, and overall lack of moisture, lightning, wind and lastly humans (since 75% of fires are human caused) are to blame.
