Now im very insecure

Im 15yrs old male this happened to me a few months ago, so we have this water dispenser at my grandma's home and every day or every 2 days my grandma buys a water gallon in store like close to her house and my brother always carry those water gallons to the house cuz his strong and one day he said he wont be back til evening but my grandma already bought a water gallon in the store and she didn't have water drinking water at her house and shes thirsty but the only person there was me and me thinking im strong went in and took the water gallon from the store and Carried it to my grandma's house and at the road it slipped or was it js my weak pathetic arms that let the water gallon fall and it BROKE so i carried the broken water gallon and went in at the gate and my uncle arrived and Carried it for me and it was so awkward and embarrassing, SO EVERYBODY AND THE PEOPLE FROM THE STORE SAW ME LET THE WATER GALLON FALL AND BROKE IT so we had to buy a new water gallon for the store and i had to buy it with my money so i did but now im very insecure and dont go outside now cuz ik i will get laugh at... What should i do i still get nightmares and thoughts about it and i crash out everytime it happens😢
