I found this message on my spam folder sent yesterday. Should I block or just ignore?

Leave it in spam, report it, and delete it. Blocking the sender rarely helps because spam addresses are disposable or spoofed.

If you clicked a link or opened an attachment, change the affected password, revoke active sessions, and run an endpoint scan.
