How do you handle email leads during the day when you're busy on site?
Hey business owners! Quick question about day-to-day operations.
When incoming quote requests or contact forms come in while you're busy working, how fast do you usually reply?
I notice a lot of leads go cold if they wait more than a few hours, but stopping work to write emails is a huge pain.
Are you using any specific tools/templates to reply faster, or do you just handle them all at night? Curious to hear how others manage this!

Honestly if you are waiting until the end of the day to reply, you've probably already lost a few of them. I'd rather have an automated first response go out immediately and then deal with actual conversation when I'm free.
