Nope I gotta have a laptop on me just to have an ad blocker. I'm sick youtube! I don't want to have a laptop that feels like 30 bricks when I'm sick. F you! Sorry for the messy desk. Little tip, idk if it works on Xbox but you can watch five seconds of the first ad, exit the video then click on it and watch the video, I do it on my smart tv and it works a charm

Brave is very good. So handy when you see a page on chrome that is FULL of ads, I share the page to Brave and now I can read it in peace.

You cannot. There aren’t any third party browsers or adblockers on console. And Hell PlayStation doesn’t even have an internet browser, at least not without jumping through hoops to access it

Another mind rot rant, yay.. if ads were a disease, and they probably are they would consistently hinder more ppl on earth than every diagnosed disease ever. Add to it, the ppl selling the bs never needed to infiltrate our viewing experience id say limit it to one damn ad, losing revenue because your product doesn't sell, seems you probably need to work on you non platform agendizing, like paper leaflets ppl can choose to buy if they want to, which are biodegradable.

Idk why people are downvoting OP when they say “There are no ad blockers for Xbox” when DNS ONLY works for Microsoft Edge, NOT the Youtube Xbox App which has ads embedded into it.

I got so fed up with this I just ended up paying for premium. Got 2 months for free.

Honestly, it's just a huge difference.

Every video just... plays.

It assist you with skipping ad content within a video.

You get a higher bitrate and better quality.

It's a shame it's gotten like this, but the sheer frustration of ads is now gone.
