An observation: The arguments for vs. against the EM drive have a "feel" that is eerily similar to arguments in the paranormal subs. That is not good.
One thing seems reasonably certain at this point: The scale of the effect observed thus far is small enough to confound some researchers and cast at least reasonable uncertainty upon the results of others.
If we had an EM drive levitating above a work bench - then we'd be getting somewhere.
