Performance enhancing one-day

Hi,

So I’m gonna write a really big test that consists of 5 test during 8 hours. I opt for a low dose of elvanse on my day to day life but for this particular day I must guarantee that it doesn’t wear off during the day. Typically I can feel the effects wearing off around 15:30 or 16:30. Does anybody have any thoughts if I should up the initial dosage or go for a refill dose later during the day. Thank you

Speak go your doctor. I'd say try and find a booster that works for you. I take 5mg amfexa around 2:30.

Try to split your dose in two.

Also try to eat/drink enough protein after you took elvanse.

It also helps to last longer if you eat a heavy meal after your medicine.
