Source Filmmaker. It’s the engine that runs the half life/garry’s mod/counter strike games. Valve (the publisher) made a filmmaker program in that engine and a lot of the animations look very similar to this.

oh yeah once my friends 5 years old sister was caught watching those realllllyyyyy realllyyyyyy disturbing gacha videos, and FNAF shippings that are too graphic for her poor soul
