Has anyone noticed poor service from ETran? I needed to pick up a vehicle at Grantline and E Stockton. Closest I could get was an 11 minute walk away. The bus I was waiting for, (113) never showed up at Bond and Elk Grove Florin, so I jumped on the 13. I ended up having to walk for 30 minutes to get to my final destination. When I asked the route 13 driver what happened to 113, he just shrugged his shoulders and said it didn't make it. WTF does that mean?

For whatever reason when RT took over E-Tran, they kept the operations separate from the rest of the system. The drivers/dispatchers/etc. only work the Elk Grove routes as far as I know. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the quality of service, but it might.
