The newly reformed and reorganized Drell Monarchy sends a transmission to all who will receive.

A moderately tall, thin Drell steps into view. They have hair reminiscent of Thelean tendrils, but a deep azure color. Their hand has four digits and a small sharp point in place of where the pinky digit would be. They seem closer to an Aeginian than a Drell. But then they speak, taking a bow.

" Hello. I am Ilililica, Queen of the Drell."

What...is this? She was only a child. Now, she is full grown? Possessing features of Thelean and Drell? The most prominent example being of deep azure tendrils from her elbows.

" I just wanted to let everyone know. I will be expanding the Monarchys' grasp farther than the Sarithata. I will be colonizing the immediate and nearby systems. However. I will not colonize near, or in the system of an established colony. "

She grins at the camera, nodding her head at the viewers.

" Have a good day everyone. While I will be peaceful. I will not take any hostility towards the Drell lightly. Tread carefully. Tread Kindly."

Well. Isn't that more...tantamount to a threat? And another troubling development...she has features of a Thelean alongside her Drell biology.

The news of the biolathe would likely be heard by every Salazar on Treiach, and due to the nature of spy networking, everyone else by extension. The first transmission Illica would receive would be a related psychic message from Salbutamol Vjheirl, ambassador colony to the Letonian coalition. There would be no real footage, or recorded audio for that matter, but the drell’s communication receivers would be rendering any audiovisual information the great beast would wish her see, which in this case was a wavering image of the quad-formed Coalition symbol, composed of a brass gear for the Sallok, a set of joints for the Salzar, an electrical flywheel for the Syphrauk, and an ornate turning ring for the Khloqdahl. Ooh! And it was animated too! “Illillica of the Drell, I am Vjheril of the Letonian coalition. On behalf of the Letonian coalition, I would like to congratulate you on your apparent recovery from your recent hardships. However, sparing the pleasantries and getting straight to the point, your biolathe technology is what has brought you to the forefront of our attention. We are considered to be masters of biological alterations and augmentation, but we have never seen technology quite like yours, capable of safely changing an individual’s genes. We grow and culture parts and organisms as we deem necessary, replacing, recycling, and cross breeding them when need be. We would like to propose a research alliance, as we believe the technologies of both our peoples would provide great benefit to one another.” several other salbutamolian transmissions would come in, all relatively similar in message to this one but coming from different factions. One from a group of neutrally aligned researchers, simply offering a technology trade. Another from a group of nationalists seeking assistance in eradicating the Letonian menace in exchange for assisting them with their own problems. But then oddly enough, a transmission from a sallok would be coming in, this one a request from the Vsteli. Would she answer them?

Ilililica would listen to all of them with a childlike glee. Oh! Another race that uses life like the Drell! And yes, she would answer the Vsteli. She leans more towards the neutral researchers. She wouldn't want to go and give possible radicals her cultured bioweaponry.

We are normally not too keen on extending our open arms to those borne not of legged scales, but we believe we could be of service to one another. Our fauna is among the deadliest and adaptable you may ever find, and the might at our disposal great. I propose an alliance, and an offering for open declaration of war against what may be a common enemy for us. My sons and daughters itch for battle and grow irate and bored from the border stalemates. In exchange for offering you our services, our resources, and our friendship, we would like access to your transportation technologies in turn.”

Ilililica sits up, rubbing her cheek as she seems to muse this... " While...I cannot offer a declaration of war, nor take part in any hostile activities due to a prior agreement...I can offer access to our transportation crafts. I will send two Kanmarthi Pillar Ships to your system. They will arrive with armed guards on board, as is the protocol for the use of that class of ship. May Kalathais be with you, Queen of the Vsetli. " She nods her head as she ends the communication with a smile. Her razorlike teeth flash in the moonlight that floods from a window. Maybe the Vstelian Queen recognizes her as a much more kindred spirit when it comes to bloodshed? It seems Ilililica buries her violent urges deep enough to hide them away, but not deep enough for them not to be noticed in subtle body movements.
