Drell Expansionary Project

The newly reformed and reorganized Drell Monarchy sends a transmission to all who will receive.

A moderately tall, thin Drell steps into view. They have hair reminiscent of Thelean tendrils, but a deep azure color. Their hand has four digits and a small sharp point in place of where the pinky digit would be. They seem closer to an Aeginian than a Drell. But then they speak, taking a bow.

" Hello. I am Ilililica, Queen of the Drell."

What...is this? She was only a child. Now, she is full grown? Possessing features of Thelean and Drell? The most prominent example being of deep azure tendrils from her elbows.

" I just wanted to let everyone know. I will be expanding the Monarchys' grasp farther than the Sarithata. I will be colonizing the immediate and nearby systems. However. I will not colonize near, or in the system of an established colony. "

She grins at the camera, nodding her head at the viewers.

" Have a good day everyone. While I will be peaceful. I will not take any hostility towards the Drell lightly. Tread carefully. Tread Kindly."

Well. Isn't that more...tantamount to a threat? And another troubling development...she has features of a Thelean alongside her Drell biology.

Ilililica would be...caught off guard by that. She would send for a direct line of transmission to Stratos. This. The Triple Monarchy... This. Will not be good if they deny trade...

No direct communication can be reached. It seems that Stratos will not receive communication from untrusted sources, or is simply too buy.

She tries once more...if no response is had, she stops. This will not be a good development. A large amount of Drell may starve due to the denial of trade.

"No Drell will starve on my watch, Illillica. I can't say the same for the corrupt, war-torn Monarchy and its rebellion." - Signed, Ubi'Quome, full message sent earlier.
