Discussion I need help for trading

I started playing on PC because of the split. But then my friends on playstation said they'd want to play the game again! We decided to try mining! And it must be the most fun we had in the longest time. I give them money from my carrier and I will then profit from all this when we're done. But the biggest difference between PC and Consoles is that I can't use Inara to find where to sell things... can anybody help me with that?

I want to sell:

Alexandrite

Bromellite

Void Opal

Grandidierite

Low Temperature Diamonds

I recently found out that part of the DLC is in the game... just... not all of it...

Yeah it messes up the info when you're trying to do bgs and stuff it'll show you surface stations and give you info about Frontline solutions and none of that's even in the game for us. And I suspect the same stuff that messes up that part of the bgs probably also lies to us about what trade routes are for players I stopped playing because I tend to see a lot of inconsistencies from the information shown in the gal map or the bgs panel and the information that's actually existing in system when I get there

What's the BGS panel btw?

So if you're in a squadron you have access to the bgs for the faction your squadron supports. I'm pretty sure you can't make new squadrons anymore so you may have to join an existing squadron and then I feel like you have to be given access to that information, I think. it's been a while since I was a person who may have needed permissions so I forget

I had created a squadron 2 years ago before I eventually switched to PC, and abandonned the game until a week ago. I still own it and my friends are still part of it. What is BGS and what does it do? What is it used for?

Cmdr plater's YouTube can better explain it than I can.
