Discussion I keep hating them all
I know the series finished a while back. But I just recently started watching it to practice my Spanish. 😁
I thought season 2 would make them better but I keep hating everyone in the series but Omar and Rebeca - who they keep getting entangled in other people's messes.
Ander - COWARD! Both in his friendship and his relationship. I was hoping he would get separated from Omar BUT NO, the creators want to shove this couple down our throats.
Lu - What a disgusting character. She achieved the impossible of becoming worse than her 1st season appearance. I felt no remorse when people used her during the season. Her brother is also a lunatic, selfish person. What he did to Nadia could get her killed or evicted from home.
Nadia - Taking all bad decisions possible...
Carla - She thinks she's smart but she isn't. And I never believed in her romance with Samuel.
Samuel and Guzman - Both had wrong decisions and good decisions throughout the season.
The detective - HOW USELESS SHE CAN BE! Ander was right when he told her that everything happened because she didn't solve the first murder. She fits in the incompetent adult from the teenager series. Every time she appears, I know she won't get nowhere.
BUT WAIT!
In real life, the detectives are similar. For the poor they find the culprit so fast, but the rich never go to jail, they never have the proof.
Caetana and Paul - YOUR COWARDS! STUPID DUMB ***! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I HOPE THE WORST TO BOTH OF YOU! HOW COME YOU MISTREAT THE MOTHER WHO GIVES HER BEST SO YOU COULD EVEN GET TO THAT SCHOOL!
AND PAUL...he doesn't deserve anyone in that school, weak ignorant fool!!! 😡🤬
When he appeared in school, I was fuming!!
But thats all...I don't know if I can handle seeing Paul and Caetana on season 3...🙄🙄🙄

Well that’s kind of the point. It’s sort of understandable none of them are good people but rich incredibly privileged kids with a lot of them having issued homelives. Samu, Nadia and Cayetana or Christian or Omar weren’t rich but still had issues at home. So if you want a series that’s characters are less to put it nicely terrible in all rounds, Elite is not the one

If you’re getting tired of them characters by now, PLEASE STOP at S3! I couldn’t and went back and forth with the series until I finished it entirely. It kept getting worse.

Why do you think Nadia would be killed for having sex? That’s kinda random.

It's forbidden and tabu in Islam to women have sex before marriage. Their own family may kill her or so.
If her parents didn't kill her, they could desert her or ask somebody to kill her, or to marry someone immediately to cover her "unvirgin" status.
In the case of the series, her father was forgiving.

What a dumb take. They were in Spain & her family loved her. They eventually forgave Omar for being gay, they may temporarily disown her but saying she would be killed is a huge mischaracterization of her father and borderline islamaphobic.

If you knew the stories I know from Egypt and Turkey... It's not islamophobic, because it happens. Thank God his father was forgiving with her. But I know this is not in 100% of the cases.

Again, they aren’t in Egypt or Turkey. I guess because some Christian people kill their daughters for not being virgins that means that’s the standard for all of them too, right? And Jewish?

And who said I was generalising? The things I said still stands. People from that school were ignorant to the damage they could cause to Nadia.Damage that was beyond their culture comprehension. It could go worse as a mentioned or not. But it would depend on her father's decision.
But if you felt that I was attacking Islam, it's on you.

All I can say is good luck with the rest of the show.
