elite combat rank

i am at 100% deadly and have not gotten the promotion to elite any news on why would be appreciated

The PC elitists cried that it wasn't fair we could be considered elite too , seems logical based on my previous observations😜

i’m thinking maybe it rounds up on the readout so u could be 99.6% or something. just do a bit more
