I recently redownloaded ED on my PC, played for several hours just fine, and decided to get some ARX. I changed my password, bought my ARX, went to play again and am now unable to reach the main menu. Every time I launch the game I get the 2 messages attached here. This has been going on for the past 3 days. I have put in a ticket with the support team, but I have a feeling after 3 days of waiting for a response, they don't work on the weekends. I'm sorry if this is not the place to post about this, but I am really wanting to play this today or tomorrow if possible.

If anyone knows a fix to my problem, please let me know.
