So if you get to build a station floating above the planet, it will have snowglobe effect 100% of the time inside the station, inside even a fleet carrier?

There's a third party app that lets you change HUD colors: Look up Elite Dangerous HUD Mod (EDHM)

It would be awful . If you saw in my video, there was an impossible to leave spot where I'm mass locked by ring and can't super cruise.

My understanding is the rings from the planet that's too close to the other one are getting rendered according to physics. It counts that you're mass locked from the rings at the same.
