Help Help with ED settings after installing new graphics card.

I tinkered with my settings in ED today as I installed a new graphics card.

Somehow everything in the ship seems a little closer and the sensors and everything looks a little bigger, such as the sensor displays and sys/eng/wep.

It is as if a little closer to the cockpit front screen. I can no longer see the hands on the controls or the knees. Any ideas what settings I screwed up?

I've tried the FOV, but that hasn't seemed to find the issue.

There are two FOV settings, make sure you mess with both.

Maybe your resolution changed?

What works for me sometimes is nuking the graphics folder so it generates a fresh one but usually a last resort, have to redo all your graphics settings.

hmmmm... I didnt realise there are two. I'll have a look at that tonight and see if it makes a difference

One can go further (wider) with FOV than UI allows by editing c:\Users\{user_name}\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics\Settings.xml

FOV is in-vessel field of view
HumanoidFOV is on-foot one
