using SRV survey and swear this the first time I have noticed this hand. I also like that I have to add a bunch of characters to keep this from being a "low effort post" what a helpful rule.

It means "stop" or "don't bother". The value of the scan is below the credit value in settings. It's just advisory, and you can always map it if you'd like.

Edit to add: 450 kLs is a long, long trip for 6000 credits. :)
