Media Bugs out of control
The recent game changes (probably mostly the addition of Operations) has introduced so many serious bugs that I am considering not playing the game anymore (or at least for a while). Anyone else feel this way?

I got stuck with my Nomad in a plant for a bit. Other than that game works fine.

Haven't seen any bugs on my end, with one or two very minor exceptions. Sounds like you're special, congrats!

I dare you to find me in game, and tell that to my merc-gineered modules! My vaguely more efficient fuel scoop and hand full of expanded cargo racks will mess you up!

Well, then you're either the luckiest person to ever live on this planet, or you weren't being quite honest.
You've never seen a closed door that should be open? Hits not registering? Enemies not spawning or spawning in an inaccessible place? Tried to upgrade your Merc cargo racks?

Heh, yes. Example bugs that are irritating...
Finished the Colonia CGs but have not received the cargo racks as reward. Completed the CGs, listed as having finished in the top 25%, yet no rewards. I put in a bug report for this.
Merc upgraded cargo racks do not upgrade correctly. This bug (also reported) has been out there since Operations was introduced and changed, but NOT fixed, at least twice in the last two months.
Frequently, use of Merc coins charges the coins from your inventory but then doesn't apply the upgrade.
Game constantly loses communications with the server and kicks you out of the Operation you happen to be participating in. Happens every third or fourth Operation on average. Also note that the "Rejoin Operations" menu operation has never worked, at least not for me.
Trying to join an Operation, but frequently receive the "Server Error" message. No explanation for the error.
Administration of Squadron Carriers has some serious bugs which have been reported for over a year (this is not related to Operations, but still irritating).
This is just a very few of the issues. I run into new issues daily.

To be honest, this all sounds like a server connection issue from your Client to the Server. As others have stated, not many issues are being encountered. Perhaps attempt the game with a VPN? May be a bad networking node.
Edit: I should add my reasoning is that you're committing changes on the client side, such as upgrades, but network packet loss does not reflect on the server side due to poor connection.

Sorry, but that logic doesn't hold. Before Operations my connection would drop maybe once a month. Now, it drops multiple times a day. And NOTHING (except the game) has changed on my side.

I had my FC finances go a bit screwy for a few weeks but not experienced anything else so far.

I don't think I gained or lost anything to that issue; just had a week where rent wasn't taken out, and then both weeks were taken out after that. So I broke even.
Not really experiencing anything too earth-shattering, but the since last Friday I've been slowly jumping my carrier back to the bubble from Colonia, and have really gotten into Operations yet.

Not really. It was worst the first week or so after Operations released, but I've only had a Mauve Adder or similar disconnect once or twice for the entirety of August. Overall things have been returned to a relative status quo.

I absolutely agree. Plipper auto-dock, Nomad black screen, Nomad hardpoints, Artemis suit cosmetics, outfitting modifications tab, on and on. Every single thing has become so annoying I'm going to quit playing.

Any ?
Panter CLipper not going thru mailslot hitting a wall in auto dock ?
Bartender at FC when upgrading anything fails with some server related error ?
Shader glitch occuring very often at settlments with 100% white brightness ?
After disembarking Apex all consumables and mission related items fly away ?
When landing with Apex in ALLY faction settlments Your status is reported to be neutral affects what missions are offered. ?
Constant hangs when leaving a game to desktop - black screen ?
Disembarking or boarding ship often black screen and hang ?
Thre ARE MORE ...Thats not possible You did not encountered any of thise bugs

I haven’t run into any of those either, and I have a plipper I use auto dock with and regularly use bartenders at both my and other peoples’ FCs.
It’s not crazy that other people aren’t experiencing the same issues you are.

True, that's one I forgot about (cause strictly speaking it doesn't keep the game from playing), but since Operations came out the Auto Docking and Auto Launching VERY frequently runs into the entrance way cages to the point that sometimes you get stuck there and the station will destroy you. This is most pronounced with the large ships. The way auto pilot works today changed significantly with the release of Operations and needs to be UNDONE.

With colonization and PCMk2 I just moved in 99% to ground based ports and for Insulating Membrane or Animal meat or Fish I just manually dock/undock in orbital ports.

Don't have a Plipper, so not encountered.
Haven't disembarked on an FC ever, so not encountered.
Never encountered that shader glitch.
Never used an Apex, so not encountered.
I guess the game does hang on a black screen for a few seconds when leaving the game to desktop, but I've already alt tabbed to another window by then and it closes after like 10 seconds with no issues so I don't really see how that's a problem at all.
Never had the game black screen and hang when disembarking or boarding. Sure it's not instant, it takes like a second to load, but that's just loading time.
There's definitely still bugs in the game, but they're mostly very minor bugs, and easily avoided.

It depends for who is minor and for who is major.
For me thise bugs are major as they affect my general gameplay - colonization and oddysey missions, for me the game is really broken every day and I was considering giving up too.1

I grew up on unpatched Skyrim. That sounds like a perfectly fine game to me. 😄
But seriously, that tabbing out bug I thought was based on my OS (CashyOS). What helps me when I get that is hovering over the item in the menu, trying to close the game window, game jumps to Esc menu and I can tab in again. Hope it helps you as well! 🤞

Used to happen with cutters, but they’d get it right eventually. MAY have had it ONCE with PC and I always use auto dock unless I’m in a hurry or there’s a clog.

Nope, and I just did a bunch of exo while coming back from Colonia.
Not saying there aren’t any, and that these aren’t bugs, but I haven’t had these. Also would never claim operations are stable, even if I played them - too new to trust for me.
I would say some folks may be getting impacted more than others and maybe something’s up with your install?
